Our civil engineering department regularly provides services for residential projects ranging from a single custom home to subdivisions of several hundred lots. Our services include assisting owners with conceptual layout options, initial project applications with the agencies of jurisdiction, environmental processing, design, and construction management. We are well-versed in mountain and snow country projects, but have also worked throughout northern California, Nevada and beyond.
