For over 20 years Gary Davis Group has provided residential structural design for the Lake Tahoe and Truckee region - during that time, we have provided design for nearly 2,000 homes. Our structural engineers are experienced home builders themselves, so we make great efforts to plan designs that are constructible and affordable.

We enjoy subconsulting for architects both in the area as well as throughout the country. It has been rewarding to develop solid working relationships with many designers and architects. When we work with designers from out of the area, we are able to provide a great deal of local knowledge and experience. Whether working with our in-house designers and architects or consulting for others, our structural team believes in a collaborative approach - we greatly enjoy developing the most economical and buildable structural designs possible, while meeting the intent of the architectural design.
